Who you'll be working wtih

We’re based in Singapore, but have teams distributed across Asia and in the locations where our clients live and work. Our clients spans across South East Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and Europe.

At MISSION+, you'll collaborate with a spectrum of visionaries and experts who are at the forefront of technological innovation. Our clients range from dynamic startups in their early stages to multinational corporations expanding their horizons. They turn to us when they need technical expertise/advice, access to technical talent, or both.

How to join as a Fractional CTO

We're always on the lookout for talented individuals to help us drive technological progress and build great products for a better world.

For now, we only accept engineering talent at CTO and Head of Engineering level to be a fractional. If you meet this requirement, the following is the process to join as a Fractional CTO.

Step 1: Fill Out The Application Form

You'll first fill up the application form here. This will help us to get all the information we need to match you with the right projects and working models. Do note this form will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.

Step 2: Get On A Connection Call

After we receive your application, someone from our team will reach out to schedule a quick connection call to see if we're a fit and iron out the administrative details.

Step 3: Sign Contract

After the connection call, you'll receive a the working contract.

Step 4: Onboarding Into MISSION+

Next, we'll onboard you into our MISSION+ systems and marketing/sales assets (e.g. see the profiles in Fractional CTO page)

Step 5: Placement Into Projects

Finally, we'll start placing you in relevant technology projects and you can start working your magic!
